The Project’s Tommy Little calls the French a VERY rude name after the country’s authorities banned him from swimming in their waters

His relay swim from the United Kingdom to Belgium to raise funds for a spinal cord charity was abruptly cut short by French authorities.

And a visibly disappointed Tommy Little didn’t hold back when calling out the French on Monday’s The Project.

‘I’ve been give strict instructions not to go too hard and call the French ‘d**kheads… but I will call them w**kers, which I believe is a French word,’ said the comedian, 37.

The term’s origins are actually in British slang from the late 19th and early 20th century.

The sledge comes after Tommy bared his backside in protest over his swimming ban.

Tommy appeared to be sticking it the French authorities after they threatened to intercept his team’s boat, forcing them to cancel the swim half-way through.

According to the TV star, they did not want him or his crew in French waters after they completed 53km of the swim.

The funnyman captured his naughty photo: ‘Au revoir motherf***ers.’

It comes after Tommy exposed his bare bottom during an interview on The Sunday Project a week ago.

The stand-up star told host Hamish MacDonald he didn’t even own a pair of speedos before swimming training.

‘I didn’t have the c**k confidence to wear speedos in public,’ Tommy said.

He continued: ‘But now I’ve been wearing speedos non-stop, even when I’m not swimming, do you want to see my speedo tan?’

Tommy then stood up and pulled down his jeans to reveal his tan line from wearing the skimpy swimmers.

Tommy went on to admit he is afraid of getting sea sick during the swim, calling the North Sea swells his biggest fear.
