At around £80,000 this Porsche is one of the most luxurious SUVs you can buy, but the charging solution for its owner is anything but.
A charging cable can be clearly seen going from the car and through a window of the clinic.
The other end of the cable is clearly plugged into a common three-pin socket inside the clinic.
Charging a plug-in hybrid Porsche Cayenne this way from empty to full will take around six hours.
Despite being able to run on electricity alone, the Cayenne e-hybrid also has a V6 engine and produces more than 300hp in total.
It’s also not clear whether the person who owns the Cayenne is allowed to use an electric socket within an NHS hospital to charge.

It’s not the first case of people having to get creative at home and the workplace to charge their EVs when no public charging is available.
TikTok user @gavinexpat was quick to chime in on the video in the comments section.
He said: “And they want a 30% pay rise 😂”
