Royal Enfield delivers 1000 motorcycles on the auspicious occasion of Diwali

Royal Enfield, the global leader in the mid-size motorcycle segment has announced the delivery of 1000 units of motorcycles across Rajasthan on account of the auspicious occasion of Diwali. Owing to the festivities and elated consumer sentiments, the brand has been able to achieve this remarkable milestone. The motorcycles which were delivered included some of the popular variants such as Classic 350, Bullet 350, Himalayan, 650 Twins and the recently launched Meteor 350.

The ongoing festive season is a period of heightened activity for both manufacturers and customers. With the unlock phase kicking in and improved consumer sentiments, Royal Enfield has been able to ensure a sustained business recovery and growth over the last few quarters. The quick and steady recovery of business could also be attributed to various initiatives by the brand that are aimed at improving customer experience amidst these unprecedented times.

For ease and increased accessibility for their customer base, Royal Enfield has set up new sales and service facilities across Rajasthan. The latest addition to Royal Enfield’s network aims to provide more access points to motorcyclists traversing in and around the respective regions. In a short span of six months, Royal Enfield has expanded in the State by adding 18 new touchpoints that comprise of Studio Stores and main dealerships. Five more stores are likely to be added within this month.

The stores have a full-service facility and a team of highly qualified and trained service personnel to ensure excellent levels of after-sales service and customer satisfaction. With the inauguration of this store, Royal Enfield now has 102 stores that include 45 dealerships and 57 studio stores in Rajasthan, further expanding its presence in the region. The stores will offer for sale at this dealership, the entire range of Royal Enfield motorcycles available in India including the latest Meteor 350, the 650 Twins – the Interceptor 650 and the Continental GT 650, Himalayan – the purpose-built adventure tourer, Classic, Bullet, and Thunderbird models. Royal Enfield’s motorcycle accessories and apparel will also be available for motorcycle enthusiasts.

Royal Enfield’s Service on Wheels, a customer-friendly initiative, aimed at providing a hassle-free motorcycle service experience at customers’ doorsteps, has received great feedback from the existing owners. Launched in the midst of the ongoing pandemic, in Rajasthan, 32 motorcycles have been deployed for the Service on Wheels initiative.
